Sprint Service
Our Sprint Service is specially designed to get the highest priority shipments to their local destination within 1 hour. This is subject to a 75km radius by road from the office the shipment leaves from, our Sprint Service is specifically intended to relieve our clients of that last-minute stress and get their shipment to its destination in the shortest possible time frame.
The Sprint Service runs on the hour, every hour from 8am to 5pm every day. Every regional Sprint Couriers office guarantees this service, giving clients across Botswana the chance to avoid the stress of pressing delivery requirements and get their shipments where they need to go, quickly.
Budget Services
Our Budget Service offers reliable next-day delivery at the most affordable rates. This service extends across our entire national network, ensuring your shipment reaches its destination by the next day and is delivered before the end of business.
For example, a parcel collected in Maun at 16:00 hrs will arrive in Gaborone by 08:00 hrs the following morning and be delivered before close of business. Every Sprint Couriers branch offers this convenient service.
This is a secure and efficient overnight express service, with collections made from your premises throughout the day and dispatched via express road cargo overnight. Deliveries are completed the following day – no later than 14:00 hrs using 100% Sprint-owned vehicles, ensuring full control, reliability and peace of mind.
Same Day Service
Our Same Day Service offers fast, door-to-door delivery within a 500 km radius by road from the originating office, provided the collection request is made by 10:00 hrs.
Once your call is received, collection is arranged immediately and your shipment is dispatched on the first available flight or vehicle, depending on the destination distance.
This service is available across all major cities, towns and villages.
Dawn & Dusk Express
Our Dawn & Dusk Express service guarantees delivery either early in the morning by 08:00 hrs or in the evening after 18:00 hrs on the next working day, or at a specified time as requested.
This premium service is available to all major centres within our delivery network.
Storage Solutions
Our Storage Solutions perfectly complement our distribution services, offering safe and secure facilities for both short- and long-term storage – from small items to large volumes of products or equipment.
Conveniently located for easy access, Sprint Couriers provides dedicated, well-managed warehouse facilities to handle all your storage and distribution needs with reliability and care.
International Services
Owing to our international partnership with the Aramex group, Sprint Couriers can offer our clients international delivery services that cover destinations across Europe, the Middle East, the rest of sub-Saharan Africa and Asia.
International Parcels
When it comes to the delivery of international parcels, there are a few things that customers need to bear in mind:
1. Firstly, there are no weight restrictions on international parcels. International parcels may include, but are not limited to, items such as: non-hazardous chemicals, alcoholic beverages, animal products, computer components and parts, prescription drugs, foodstuffs, grain samples, fabric samples, electronic equipment, circuits and circuit boards, labels, communication equipment, CDs, DVDs, tapes and so on.
2. Secondly, there are also no weight restrictions on international documents which include items such as: airline tickets, annual reports, artwork/drawings, proofs, layouts, blank forms, blue prints, advertising brochures or pamphlets, booklets, business cards, calendars, blank cheques, computer printouts, credit cards, catalogues and so on.
3.While Sprint Couriers strives to eliminate all customs-related stress and ensures the fastest and most efficient delivery possible, please note that shipments requiring import licences or permits may face delays if the receiver does not possess the necessary or valid documentation.
Prohibited Items
Sprint Couriers prohibits the delivery of the following list of items, be it domestically or internationally:

Insurance Services
Sprint Couriers offers optional additional insurance as a value-added service to protect parcels in transit against loss or physical damage. This coverage is available upon client request at the time of transaction, particularly for high-value items.
In the event of loss or damage, the full invoice value will be reimbursed. The cost of coverage is set at 3% of the parcel’s declared value, which must be recorded on the waybill (Section 5). To file a claim, clients must submit the original tax invoice within 15 days of the incident.

International Documents
We offer collection and delivery services for documents to and from international destinations and origins, with a weight limit of 2.5kg. Eligible items include, but are not limited to, airline tickets, annual reports, artwork/drawings, proofs, layouts, blank forms, blueprints, advertising brochures, pamphlets, booklets, business cards, calendars, blank cheques, computer printouts, credit cards, and catalogues.
International Parcels
We provide collection and delivery services for parcels to and from Global destinations and origins, with no weight restrictions. Items that can be shipped include, but are not limited to, non-hazardous chemicals, alcoholic beverages, animal products, computer components and parts, prescription drugs, foodstuffs, grain samples, fabric and fabric samples, electronic equipment, circuits and circuit boards, labels, and communication equipment. (This list is not exhaustive.)
Please ensure to liaise with the relevant government authorities for any items that may require permits or special clearance.
Prohibited Items
Sprint Couriers does not transport these standard prohibited commodities plus furs, jewelry, cash, antiques, ivory, hazardous materials, perishable items, and precious metals and stones.
Freight Services
Sprint Couriers offers services that facilitate the delivery of bulk or full load consignments–those with a weight in excess of 1 metric ton (1,000 kilograms).
Customs Clearance
Customs Clearance: We provide customs clearing services at competitive rates with the fastest turnaround time. To process customs clearance, the following documents are required:
- Tax/Commercial Invoice
- Proof of payment to the supplier (for credit terms, where applicable)
- Shopping cart details (for online purchases)
- Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) of the importer
